Scarlett Johansson was born on November 22, 1984, on the 22nd of November, 1984 in New York City New York. She is an American singer/actress whose range has earned her recognition in a variety of genres - from thrillers and adventures to period films. Johansson was born in New York City, and raised there by her architect father and producer mother. Hunter was twins with their younger sisters. At the age of seven, her interest in acting was growing. Her first audition was for commercials. She joined the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly after and went to the Professional Children's School, Manhattan for further training. In the Off Broadway play Sophistry she acted alongside Ethan Hawke. She then appeared in her first film in North (1994) which was produced by Rob Reiner, at age nine. Johansson was later seen in Just Cause, but she first made an appearance in Manny & Lo, a film about orphaned siblings who run away. The Horse Whisperer (2000), in which she played a teenager with a deformity due to an accident garnered her critical acclaim. In Ghost World 2001 (as the teenager who is a cynical outcast Rebecca), Johansson gained an even greater amount of attention. The award-winning actress was among the leading characters on the show. She's also a talented stage performer. She is known for her exceptional performance in plays such as Wildflower. Renee Felice's career in entertainment began from a young age. When she was a kid she fell in love with acting. Smith was offered the first of many acting jobs in the age of 6. In a television commercial, she starred as Dannon Yogurt. Similar to many actors starting out, she chose to refine her craft in the world of theater. While she made her on-stage debut with Wildflower she would also work on different projects across USA. She was a graduate of the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
